All readings are done in English, both questions and answers. This is different from any psychic reading that you have ever had before. your Private Channeled Reading. Whether we do your Private Channeled Reading in person or over
the telephone, your Private Channeled Reading is completely confidential from our end.
Our role as the Intuitive Psychic Mediums is to bring the information through and help you
understand it. We do not have any attachment to this information, nor do we
ever know what your connections from the other side are going to tell
you. You always have free will and free choice, no matter what they tell

DELIVERY OF YOUR RECORDINGS: All Video and/or Audio recordings are emailed to you (to the email address you provide on the order form) through our vendor: YouSendIt.com. You will receive an email from: YouSendIt.com notifying you that your video / audio file(s) are ready for you to retrieve. YouSendIt has a limited amount of days for you to retrieve your video / audio file(s) of your reading before they removed permanently. It is your responsibility to retrieve them before they are removed by YouSendIt.

1. READING IN-PERSON
This Private Channeled Reading occurs when the client(s) of one or more, is present. All Private Channeled Readings are done in English, both questions and answers. This could be pre-arranged where you come to us at our event, or we come to you after our event while we are in
your town.
Prior to us starting your reading, we will ask you what you want to know. In other words, what is it you want to achieve from this reading. You prepare by having your questions written
down prior to this reading. As we conduct your Private Channeled Reading, we speak out
everything that comes through the talking board, word by word exactly as it comes through.

2. READING OVER-THE-PHONE, or EMAIL READING
This Private Channeled Reading is generated when we call the client(s) (of one or more) or email us with your questions. All Private Channeled Readings are done in English, both questions and answers.
(2.a) READING OVER-THE-PHONE are performed using the conference call feature on our telephone so
our hands are free to do the channeling.
 Prior to us starting your reading, we will ask you what you want to know. In other words, what is it you want to achieve from this reading. You prepare by having your questions written
down prior to this reading. As we conduct your Private Channeled Reading, we speak out
everything that comes through the talking board, word by word exactly as it comes through.
The Private Channeled Reading phone call is made from our end and included in
the cost of your Private Channeled Reading inside the U.S. International calls will be made from your end at your expense. Our phone call to you is based on
making this call to a single standard landline location. We are not responsible for the reliability of your phone connection(s). However, if your guests
are at different locations requiring a conference call, then we will make
arrangements to accommodate that scenario with a supplemental charge to cover
our costs for this service. We have located a Service Provider who makes it
possible to put everyone together by having all of the people on your
channeling event guest list call into the Service Provider's phone number
where they put everyone together at the same time.
 (2.b) EMAIL READING - All Private Channeled Readings are done in English, both questions and answers. The answers to your questions are delivered to you via email audio file of your live channeled reading session - exactly as we asked your questions and exactly as Your Guides answered each one. This audio file is sent to you through our vendor: YouSendIt.com. You will receive an email from: YouSendIt.com notifying you that your audio file is ready for you to listen to. YouSendIt has a limited amount of days for you to retrieve your audio file of your reading before they removed it. It is your responsibility to retrieve it before it is removed by YouSendIt.
Email readings are performed from your email questions - one question at a time. In other words, do not combine multiple questions within a question. If you combine multiple questions within a question we will return the email to you asking you to break them up into single questions before we perform your reading.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A PRIVATE CHANNELED READING
Our One-hour Private Channeled Reading is what we recommend for 'one on one' individual Private Channeled Reading. We
also offer these one-hour Private Channeled Readings as an exceptional value, to Couples,
Friends, Families, Business Owners or Partners, or Co-Workers in gatherings of
ten or less. However, we at Channeled Readings, LLC
have found that six or less is best. This gives each person's connections from
the other side quality time before moving onto the next person. Also,
by the time that we finish the first pass and start again with the first
person, they have had time to contemplate the messages so that they are really
ready to know what they want to ask next. It is important that everyone
understands that this will be a very candid Private Channeled Reading and that we at Channeled Readings, LLC
have no way of knowing what they are going to say. If anyone of you are
concerned with being revealed while in the presence of the others, then you may
want to elect to have your own private channeled reading done. This is a common
request after this type of channeled reading is concluded anyway. This kind of
setting proves the validity of the information that comes through our
channelings, preparing each of you for a focused individual 'one on one'
