	Option 1 - No Discount 50% of the services ordered to be paid at the time that this Order Form contract is completed and submitted as your commitment to hire the services of Channeled Readings, LLC and at least 30 days before the first day of your channeling event. Balance to be paid to: Channeled Readings, LLC no less than two weeks prior to the date of the event.
	Option 2 - Discount (Discounts do not apply to orders that involve commissions to agencies, brokers, etc.) If the entire bill is paid to Channeled Readings, LLC at the submission of this Order Form contract, and at least 30 days prior to the date of the event, a 10% Corporate Discount will be deducted excluding the flat fee for: hotel, travel, educational and promotional materials, products, and stage equipment and setup and materials shipping expenses.
In addition to either Option above Flat fee for expenses to be calculated based on your needs, and to be paid to Channeled Readings, LLC for the cost of hotel, travel (air or ground), educational and promotional materials, products, and stage equipment and setup labor and shipping expenses for any of these material, products and/or equipment. This flat fee (once calculated and mutually agreed upon) is required to be paid in full at the time that this Order Form contract is completed and submitted, in addition to the Payment Options for the service as described above, as your commitment to hire the services of Channeled Readings, LLC Upon receipt of this 'flat fee', Channeled Readings, LLC will begin making firm commitments with vendors and subcontractors; therefore this flat fee is completely non-refundable.
Services and Policies: This order will not be processed unless all the following have been accepted by making a check in each box. It is your responsibility to educate your group attending this Event so that they understand exactly what this is and what to expect. Please be sure to have all those in your group read through these links.

Channeled readings outside of the USA must be recorded at the time of your Group Channeling Event from your side of the phone. The Group Channeling Event long distance phone call is made from our end and included in the cost of your Group Channeling Event. Please note that Channeled Readings, LLC sends these Free DVD and CD recordings through the U.S. Postal service via first class mail with no reciept. Channeled Readings, LLC makes no guarantee, nor takes any responsibility if your FREE DVD and CD recording of your Group Channeling Event gets lost, damaged or infected, or erased in the mail system or by any other means, including if someone other than you takes delivery of your FREE DVD and CD. You hereby agree not to hold Channeled Readings, LLC responsible for any damages whatsoever caused to you by any of these failures.
