The Fall will be a time of quick changes in the weather. You will be warm one day and cold the next. Keep in mind that the strong winds are the winds of change. These high winds will affect transportation, both in the air and driving. These quick changing weather patterns are reflective of the times, both economically and socially. All of the U.S. will experience dramatic weather changes. You will see some drastic weather changes about the time of the elections. You can expect these increased high winds to not only affect America, but also Central Europe. There will be more than average rain fall in Southern California and Arizona this fall, but interior California will see more droughts, along with the Southeast States, especially Georgia.
