This is the first CR News Reports© session for December. Each December we give our predictions for the coming year. In this session, we will give you our predictions for World Events.
World Events are exactly that – events that affect the world. So, we see world events that will seem out of your control and possibly frightening. These events will be reported with the intention of scaring people. There will be terms made up to deliver an air of tragedy and unknown consequences like the term “fiscal cliff” that has everyone scared. These terms are made up so people get scared enough and feel helpless enough that they do something or give up something. Mostly they give up their money or their freedoms. With that in mind, be aware of how world events are reported and what the words they use are trying to get you to do.
Here’s our first prediction and it’s on the global economic situation. We see it getting worse, first in Europe where Spain will be the focus of a country that must be saved at any cost. Spain will turn out to be in worse shape than Greece. Saving Spain will be all over the daily news early in the year.

What Happened To The Housing Recovery
REAL ESTATE – Over the past two years, while the mainstream news and industry experts were predicting the bottom in the housing market, the CR News Reports© have been predicting that the “experts” were wrong and that the housing market was going to get much worse before it ever got better. In 2010, 72% of major metro areas in the U.S. saw an increase in foreclosures with prices dropping like a rock. And the Wall Street criminals who caused this are back pushing sub-sub-prime mortgages.
Predictions from Higher Intelligence:- “On the whole, things are getting much worse for the housing market – both new construction and existing home sales. Besides an increase in foreclosure activity again this year in 2011 adding to the tsunami of foreclosed properties, people will sour on buying real estate. No longer seeing it as an investment having lost so much on it before, people will view real estate as a burden no matter how cheap it gets. Valuing mobility over stability, people will rent and move more often for jobs.”
Commentary: “No double-dip in housing,” proclaimed the industry experts, all the while the NAR, Re/Max, Coldwell-Banker and others were saying that it has never been a better time to buy a house. During this “never been a better time to buy” in 2010 there was a $1.7 trillion drop in value of housing prices. Recent CR News Reports© have predicted another decline in prices of 25% – 40% from where we are now. Quit listening to the real estate experts and those bank ads telling you that you can “save” your home or “modify” your mortgage. It is not in your best interest. They want you to keep paying your payments no matter what so they don’t get another foreclosed property.

Beliefs Are The Key To Your Life
HIGHER INTELLIGENCE and INTUITION – Your mind does two things…it thinks about things and it proves things. The thinking part imagines something and then the proving part goes into action to create what you think about. Does this process apply to both the good things and bad things in life?
Predictions from Higher Intelligence:- “The Law of Creation or Law of Attraction process is based on the beliefs your mind creates. If you think about something and that thought becomes a belief, the proving part of your mind acts on that belief and that is what it creates or attracts. If a person actually believes that life is a struggle, that they’ll never find a soul mate, or that they’ll never have enough wealth to lead the life they want, then they’re right. These beliefs support the minds need to be right, therefore proof that the belief is correct. Your circumstances are always the creation and reflection of your beliefs. Try to be more open minded.”
Commentary: Do you think wealthy people think about being poor or that healthy people dwell on illness? The reality of your life always lines up with whatever you believe. If you believe things like, “I can’t seem to get into shape,” you won’t. However, if you believe that doing the right things to get into shape can be part of your daily life, you will.” Change your thoughts, change your beliefs, and change your life for the better.

Happy Father’s Day to all you Dads! . . . I hope you did something fun for your special day! . . . I laid around outside on the patio and counted hummingbirds! . . .Now that’s what I call a full day!
Gas prices are going up at the pump again. In fact, gas prices went up at the pump at the beginning of last summer, and the summer before that, and the summer before that, etc. In fact, when I was just a kitten, I can remember my Dad commenting that gas prices seem to go up every summer for no apparent reason. When in fact, there is an apparent reason. Summer is the time when people go on vacations and people drive more during the summer . . . short weekend trips, flying and renting a car, cross-country road trips, or school’s out party animals going out to the beach.
