Many times money protects a person like a suit of armor. It can be a safety shield from the world, providing a time out from life’s trials bringing you time to enjoy the fruits of your labors.  It can provide you with time to reflect on your life, to change something or everything.  You can show off and blow through all of it, or become a miser and close off everything and everyone around you. You can be selfish or philanthropic with it.  With it, you can become arrogant and think you are better than everyone around you or become humble and give it away selflessly.  You can even rent friends with it for awhile and in your own mind think you are loved even though you don’t feel loved.

Money has a great deal of power in society.  Money provides power and options.  It allows you to experience life without limits and discover who you are at that particular time in your life.  Anyone who has or has had financial freedom experienced the true meaning of what money really offers.  Money allows you to learn about yourself, free you from external oppressions, and discover new places and things.  It gives you the freedom of finally having the stuff you thought was important only to find out that things don’t bring happiness no matter how much you pay for them.

Money can be a great thing to have when you need it and a burden if you have too much of it.  It affords you opportunities you may have missed out on.  Opportunities to share and make the world a better place.  If you can manage to have it and gain all the lessons that it provides, you will have lived a life most never experience.

By the fact that money has had such great power in our lifetimes some of the greatest understandings will be achieved though the lessons that money can provide.

Money offers a great opportunity to evolve – discovering your own power as well as your insecurities about it.  Money is not good or bad, it is your relationship to it and how you use it as a tool.  And it doesn’t take much money to learn from it.  Sure, if you have a lot of it, then maybe you can help more people while you are here and leave the world a better place.  If you do a good job with your money, people will remember you for the good person you were. If you don’t do a good job with it, people will just remember how much money your had.

Life and money are funny.  Only by giving are you able to receive more than you already have.

Voice of Higher Intelligence: “The world is watching the development of the worst environmental disaster in human history. Underestimated in the press, the well and other fissures in the ocean floor are leaking millions of gallons of oil into the Gulf daily. These leaks are far away, sometimes many miles from the well head. These are not being reported by BP or the government. The casing of the well is cracked deep below the ocean floor and pressure is causing the cracks in the earth’s strata. The government has refused to allow this information to be reported in the news. Meanwhile, BP is bumbling along trying to look busy and nothing is working. They are now just hoping to survive as a company.  This spill will affect all the Gulf states, especially Florida as more pressure builds up with the chance of an undersea volcanic explosion sending toxic gasses into the water and the air.  It is possible that a tsunami could also occur carrying toxic water and gasses inland killing thousands of people.  The use of chemicals that are many times more toxic than the oil to disperse the oil has also become a serious problem.  Chemicals are now entering the marshlands and killing the wildlife and plant life.  These dispersants lying on top of the water make the surface temperature warmer and are transforming into gasses that are taken up into the clouds and blown inland; then, when it rains, it drops toxic acid rain on everything.  This toxic rain will destroy crops and all wildlife it touches.  This toxic rain will fall on the entire Eastern half of North America including Canada.  This event alone will trigger not only destruction, but skyrocketing food prices.  Russia has been consulted to study if it will be possible to control the well and the breaks in the ocean floor with a nuclear device.  Eventually, this may be the only solution and Russian scientists and prominent American scientists will convince the government that it is their only hope.  The Russians will help supervise the operations as they have the most experience in doing this.  The US government is already utilizing submarines from the Navy to study the extent of the damage that has been caused.  If you have noticed, BP is doing nothing new to cap the well.  At this point capping the well would only increase the pressure below the ocean’s floor.   In a worst case scenario the well could explode from pressure of toxic gasses beneath the ocean floor like a giant volcano.  Then the government would have to relocate 10′s of millions of people away from the coasts all along the Gulf States, but where would everybody go?  Many will die if this explosion happens before they could be evacuated.   Also, a tsunami traveling at a high rate of speed could hit the Gulf States and cause destruction many miles inland in all these states.  We predict that BP will not survive as a company by the end of this year, lacking the money to ever pay for the damage they will have inflicted on the earth.  This  disaster is yet another example of allowing corporate greed and excess to rule a government.

Voice of Higher Intelligence:  People will be moved from the coasts due to the toxicity of water and chemicals coming ashore first.  This toxic goo will destroy marshlands and leave a toxic residue behind.  People may not ever be able to return to the coasts because of breathing toxic air.  This is on top of their livelihood of fishing being destroyed forever.  There will not be seafood deemed safe from the Gulf for years.  As the gasses containing the toxic dispersants form into clouds and toxic rain, the entire Eastern half of the continent is put at risk.  Not only will this toxic rain destroy crops causing food prices to go up hundreds-of-percent it will also kill wildlife of all kinds.  People will start to see birds dying for no reason.  This negligence on the part of man is another great lesson for allowing big corporations to run the government.

Mediums: What should people do now who live on the Eastern half of the US to prepare for this environmental impact? Voice of Higher Intelligence: We predicted 2 years ago that living on the coast was a bad idea and told people not to buy real estate on the coast.  Katrina and other hurricanes were just more warnings telling people to get away from the coastlines.  People will see that moving West is their only option.

Mediums: What will this do to the real estate market in the country? Voice of Higher Intelligence:  Real estate on the Eastern half of the country will drop even more as people evacuate.  Real estate prices in the West will go up.  The government will not have enough trailers or refugee camps to house millions of people that will need to move and many won’t want to live in government housing.  So, they will buy or rent real estate in a safe place, paying whatever the going rate will be.  Depending on how long it is until people can return, if ever, real estate in the West could rebound as much as 50%.

Mediums: You said that this environmental disaster was just another example of allowing corporate America to run the government, what are other examples? Voice of Higher Intelligence: The financial institutions that run the governments of the world destroyed the entire financial systems of the world and now the demons who hold the world captive with oil are destroying the earth.

Mediums: It’s interesting that the destruction from this catastrophe is moving up the East Coast.  Comment? Voice of Higher Intelligence: Until Washington is threatened with its own extinction due to listening to and bending to these corporations who dictate the laws being passed, will Washington wake up and stop the destruction of our society.

Mediums: How will a nuclear device fix the problem and what will be the environmental consequences? Voice of Higher Intelligence: A nuclear device would cause the ocean floor to implode upon itself sealing the well permanently.  The fissures that the cracked well caused will need to be closed also.  The nuclear devices could cause an overflow of radiation into the water destroying the fish and life forms in the Gulf for a long time, but it would be the lesser of two evils compared with taking a chance of the well erupting into an undersea volcano, spewing toxic gasses and causing a tsunami of massive proportions.

With no mentor the Tiger became a tiger.  That’s what happens when a person lives a life that is out of balance.  At some point we have to work it out.  In Tiger’s case being a super star athlete put him in the worse possible position to explore his deficiencies.

Obviously, he missed out on his personal development skills.  This is not usually a big deal for any one else, but for Tiger Woods it’s not a option.  People need this hero so badly that they turned him into a commodity, not a person.  Put yourself in his shoes.  This is totally unrealistic and out of balance for anyone’s journey here in this life.

Have we learned nothing from those before him like; Marilyn Monroe and Michael Jackson.  Were they supposed to just live a life as a commodity that everyone desired, expected and demanded?   Each one of these larger-than-life icons were not over rated, but over branded.  This is why others like Tina Turner, Lionel Richie and Madonna moved out of this country.

Our lesson in all of this is to look for the hero within.  This is not a fantasy, it is the only reality.  Of course, it is so easy to miss this opportunity with the barrage of marketing madness cleverly directed at us by using these people as commodities to endorse their stuff that they want us to buy.

Maybe Tiger Woods lost the only real person in his life when his father died?  Until that happened he may have never realized just how valuable that one person was who believed in him and loved him for who he was before all the wealth and fame came his way.  Is it even possible for Tiger Woods to find just one person who accepts him like that again?  This is something that many people ask themselves at one time or another in their life, but for a high profile person like this the odds are really against him.

We at Channeled Readings, LLC are not golf fans or sport fans of any kind.  However, this cycle of someone who has achieved so much and who is made into an icon by society who eventually tears them down off the pedestal they put them on is a sickness in our society.  This may be the reason that so many people have a fear of success – this too could happen to you.

What is a prediction?  First of all the highest use of a prediction is something that you can use to change your life for the better.  It can be a forecast or projection based on statistical data that have happened in the past. By the nature of what we do professionally … predicting the news before it happens – here’s our feedback about 2012 The Movie:

* End of the world – 2012 marks the end of the world as we know it, not the end of the world literally.

* 2012 is also not literal – however 12.21.2012 is a deadline. This deadline marks a time when old behaviors will finally come to a majority end. The pain will have gone on too long and people will finally be convinced that their old patterns are only hurting them and those around them.

* The massive destruction of cities and lives – marks a total breakdown of the old structures and ways of thinking and doing things.

* John Cusack – portrays a person who is lost in a pre-2012 world and empowered in a post-2012 world. Values will no longer be based on your bank account, but based on your deeds.

* We are still living, acting and thinking in a pre-2012 world – anyone who seems lost or crazy right now, like John Cusack or Woody Harrelson represent people who ‘normal people’ need to take a second look at. Ask yourself, “what am I missing?”

* There is no place to run – everything and everyone is in this together. It’s about paying attention, stopping the self-centeredness, learning to love and help one another and be part of the solution before it becomes urgent.

* The constant cracking of the earth throughout the movie – suggest the breakdown of any stability in our lives. This has been happening for many years now with the breakdown of the global economy. In addition to finances, this is also showing up in our relationships, the need for purpose in our work and what is important in every small and large way.

* Holding on to your past possessions and behaviors is not a choice – if it is a struggle and makes you act out in the old ways then it is not sustainable. Let it go (empty the cup) so you make room for the natural flow of things. Once you willingly do this it will not be long before you see ‘the new’ flow in. This ‘new’ will be the result of trusting, a free-fall from the previous pain and suffering of holding onto unsustainable patterns.

Conclusion: These are all symbolic messages describing the urgent need to shift our priorities and values. A need to let go of e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g in order to begin to ‘get it right’.

Even Mother Nature has had “her” – ‘I’ve had it day’ with all the abuse and imbalances. Ultimately it will be Mother Nature who forces these changes. Most of mankind will get pushed through the door, rather than willingly walk though. Getting pushed happens when it’s too late. Willingly walking through those doors happens long before the urgency and those that willingly walk through are part of the solution when everything falls apart. Those of you that walked though willingly years ago have been ridiculed as being a weirdo, a kook, a freak or even being negative. Maybe this lonely journey has at times made you feel like ‘they’ the ‘normal people’ were right all along. But the “movie” hasn’t played out yet so who knows?

To some, this ’2012 The Movie’ will seem a perfect interpretation by the time 12.21.2012 is here. There will be those who never thought that this type of change could happen in their lifetime. To others, this ’2012 The Movie’ will be a host of symbolic descriptions on how different this world and world behavior will be after 12.21.2012.

For those who have walked through the door willingly, they have already planned for the worst and hope for the best. Those that are waiting to get pushed haven’t planned at all. They can’t imagine that the worst could ever happen … it’s just not an option.

The events Nostradamus predicted happened many years or centuries after he died. These events could be easily retro-fitted to match his predictions. Plus, he had to obscure the meaning of his future predictions from the Church by camouflaging them in Quatrains that are interpreted differently by those who have studied him. So, what is all the fuss about Nostradamus? Was he a true seer of the future who clearly saw these events coming? Or, was he the Madame Cleo of his time predicting things, that if you allowed enough time to pass, something like it would eventually happen? After all, if you predict the stock market is going to fall, eventually you are right.  Predictive “when and how much” puts you in a league with Nostradamus.

The History Channel seems to think he deserves his own show and it seems to be very popular. We would surmise that his popularity has got a lot to do with the fact that people have given up on the regular news. You know, the news reports delivered from a corporate bias with a government slant. In fact, if you listen to news broadcasts from different countries about the same topic, you get different stories. Also, if you stop to think about it, the news is not really new at all, is it? It is basically a history lesson about what has already happened. They are far from being Nostradamus. In fact, the only part of the Evening News that is a prediction is the weather.

Newscasters thinking person not only wants to know what happened yesterday, but what is going to happen tomorrow, next week, next month, and next year that is going to affect them. They would especially like to know what is going to affect them negatively. If a typhoon is going to hit New York City next month, that would probably be a good time to be in Miami. What about the real estate market, earth changes, the stock market, sports, crime, the global economy and politics? It would be nice if you could tune into The Nostradamus Show on Fox News and get his take on the near future and not the one centuries from now when you are not here to appreciate it?
