What Do You Want To Be When You Grow Up?

How do you become an intuitive psychic medium team that people rely on for guidance and advice? Well, it doesn’t seem to be that you wake up one day and ask yourself, “Wouldn’t it be nice to be an intuitive psychic medium and help people with their life questions?” It’s not something that a high school guidance counselor would ever propose either. And you never hear a little child say, “When I grow up, I want to be an intuitive psychic medium!” Children dream about being a fireman or a doctor or an actress or dancer – more “down-to-earth” occupations. Nobody thinks about being a psychic. And if they do, they don’t talk about it.

We’re Just Like You

So, how does one end up an intuitive or a intuitive psychic medium? We would tell you that it’s good luck. You see, we are just like you…baby boomers born in the 1950′s who had successful careers in architecture and home building, music, sales, high-tech marketing, executive search, real estate brokerage, investing, and owning our own consulting and Internet businesses. Working in these different careers over the years allowed us to become experts in many things. And you know what happens when your friends perceive you as an expert? They start wanting advice.

ABOUT LINDA

Linda grew up in California and as a child became aware early on that she had special “friends”… her Guides, who gave her warnings and advice to protect her from a challenging home environment growing up. Her Guides helped her to leave home in her teens and showed her the “path” she was to follow so that by the time she was 20, she had a 4-year old daughter, a thriving architectural practice, and a home building business in Northern California.

Linda The Dream Helper

Linda never stopped communicating with her Guides and also became interested in dreams and studied dream interpretation for many years. It was through her first exposure to channeling at the home of her dream teacher at that time that Linda was told by her Guides that she was to become a channeler and design a talking board that would be used to help others. Using her design skills, Linda designed what has evolved into the current Ask The Universal Channel® talking board which is used in every one of our private channeled readings for clients and also to channel our CR News Reports© predictions for our membership…”The News Before It Happens.”

Linda Leaves California

In Linda’s first channeled reading encounter her Guides told her to leave California and move to Colorado, but after visiting Colorado, she moved to Sedona, AZ instead in the late 1980′s where she continued her architectural and home building practice as well as becoming a real estate broker. In the 1990′s Linda started the first Internet ISP in Northern Arizona and sold it at the height of the Internet bubble a few years later. Her Guides told her when to start the business and when to sell it. Her Guides then advised her to take some time off.

Channeled Readings Is Born

Linda took 6 years off and traveled all over North and South America visiting spiritual places and resting after over two decades of exhausting work and two stressful marriages. During her travels she also worked on her Channeled Readings, LLC project – her passion – her vision of helping people in the most power way. Channeled Readings, LLC grew out of Linda’s friends calling her up for advice. They wanted to know what “they” – her Guides were saying about the economy, real estate, the stock market, commodities, world events, and other topics. She was glad to help her friends out whenever she could and felt that many others may want access to the same information.

The Internet Becomes The Medium

She began taking the channeled information and delivering it via email to her friends and a few word-of-mouth subscribers. Knowing what she did from decades of communicating with her Guides, combined with her expertise of the Internet, Linda had a vision of a day when this information could reach everyone in the world if the proper delivery platform was developed. She devoted all her time to developing ChanneledReadings.com and to this day works to improve both the products and services as well as the delivery vehicle to give worldwide subscribers channeled information and insight that changes their lives. Through Your Guides (your connections on the other side) and our “Higher Intelligence Source” together they provide you with predictions and insight that will put your life on a positive course that makes navigating these challenging times a fascinating and fulfilling journey!

RAY SHOWS UP

A Fine Midwest Boy

Ray grew up in the Midwest and lived in Ohio for 30 years. His fine Catholic upbringing and Jesuit high school education was the perfect training to become an intuitive psychic medium later in life…ha, ha! Always industrious as a youth, Ray cut grass, raked leaves and shoveled snow for neighbors, and started his brilliant career in publishing at 9 years old by delivering the Toledo Blade – the “news after it happened” – seven days a week. Now 50 years later, Ray delivers the “News Before It Happens” - the CR News Reports© as part of Channeled Readings’ intuitive psychic medium team. Never religious but always very spiritual, Ray looked at things differently than most people and opened himself up to learning about many different philosophies, religions, and the paranormal. Ray was also an herbalist as a teenager and a follower of many personal development leaders throughout adolescence and into adulthood.

Rock Star Ray

Ray spent 15 years as a professional musician and music teacher. His love of music was something he cultivated from early childhood and continues to this day. He had his own band for 10 years, recorded for two major labels, and opened for many famous touring acts during the 1960′s and ’70′s. During the ’70′s, Ray’s interest in jazz guitar took hold and he performed in local jazz clubs at night while pursuing sales as a day job.

Ray’s Corporate Life

Ray became an executive recruiter in the late 1970′s working in Toledo and San Diego for a major recruiting firm. In 1983, at a time when some people thought small, expensive computers would never catch on, Ray left the recruiting business and became a sales and marketing consultant to over 200 microcomputer hardware and software companies. Many of his clients grew to be major players in the PC industry and one day while visiting one of them, they offered Ray a job as Director of Marketing. He accepted and left his San Diego office that was located on the 10th tee at Torrey Pines with a view of the Pacific Ocean for Chicago and a view of the parking lot working for the largest PC company in the world.

Ray Becomes A Texan

In 1990, Ray was recruited to Austin, TX to work as a marketing executive for Michael Dell, the 23-year old upstart who was making waves in the PC business. He remained with Dell until 1992 when he left and started the Austin Group International, a high-tech executive search firm which became one of Austin’s Top Ten Search Firms in just a few years. Ray sold the business in 2004 and moved permanently to Sedona, AZ. Not one to just sit and look at the red rocks and play his guitars, Ray wondered what his next opportunity would be. One day, while visiting his favorite Sedona coffee shop, opportunity appeared.

Large Linda Latte

A girl Ray had never seen around town stopped in to get a latte. Apparently, Ray had been spending too much time at home practicing guitar because everybody seemed to know who she was. Ray was mesmerized and impressed by her beauty and by the fact that she was famous enough to have her own coffee concoction named after her. But meeting her wasn’t meant to be. For, after two exchanges of intense smiles, she grabbed her “Large Linda Latte” and ran out the front door.

Fate Wins Out

Later that same day Ray and Linda Latte meet at the gym and this time he doesn’t let her escape. Smitten by her charm and beauty, he tells her all about himself and why he’s in Sedona, and then proposes to her. Not willing to give up her phone number or address on the spot, much less her future, she responds, “I have a web site…go check it out.”  Ray does just this and finds out she has a business called Channeled Readings, the publisher of the CR News Reports©. Ray is fascinated – she’s an intuitive psychic medium. Maybe she knew he would be at the gym that day and maybe even the coffee shop?

The Third Time’s A Charm

Ray and Linda started dating and found out they were alike in almost everything. They discovered that, after two marriages for each where they were married to people they weren’t like, finding someone just like you was refreshing. They were married ten months later on January 1, 2005. Linda proceeded to teach Ray all about channeling, ice skating, and salsa dancing. Ray taught Linda about music, executive search, Texas BBQ, and cats. Since Ray and Linda met they are living that “happily ever after” life!

Channeling, Business, And Life Partners

Today, Linda and Ray are the co-owners and intuitive psychic mediums for the Channeled Readings, LLC project and co-managers of the Ray Holley Group, LLC – a boutique executive search firm. They live in Sedona, AZ along with Ray’s guitars and their cat, Benny.
