Advanced Training – Channel your “Spirit Guides” … Intuitive Psychic Medium  CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

WHEREAS, Channeled Readings, LLC, is located in Phoenix, AZ in Maricopa, County (“Channeled Readings, LLC”), Channeled Readings, LLC is engaged in the business of providing certain services, including, but not limited to performing channeled readings, channeling events, channeling introductions, training workshops, marketing efforts of various kinds and/or the sale of products or channeled information, and has developed and perfected an innovative technique and system relating thereto (“Concept”) which is being maintained as Proprietary and Confidential information and as Trade Secrets of Channeled Readings, LLC ; and

WHEREAS, “YOU” are interested learning the Concept for his or her own personal use and/or achieving advanced level training to use the Concept to perform channeled readings and channeling events for your own personal enjoyment or as a profession for your own business (“Recipient”);

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of being given the opportunity to learn the Concept, Recipient hereby agrees as follows:

All information Channeled Readings, LLC has provided or will provide about the Concept will be maintained in confidence by the Recipient (“Proprietary and Confidential Information”). Recipient shall take all reasonable precautions to not use, or permit any party within Recipient’s control to use, for any purpose other than as provided in this Agreement, or disclose to any person or entity other than as provided in this Agreement, the Proprietary and Confidential Information, including without limitation, taking all those precautions which Recipient uses to protect its own proprietary and confidential information. Recipient’s right to use said Proprietary and Confidential Information shall be restricted to the purpose agreed to in writing by Channeled Readings, LLC.

Recipient further agrees that the obligation to maintain the Proprietary and Confidential Information in the strictest of confidence precludes disclosure to anyone, including anyone related or otherwise associated with Recipient unless such disclosure is agreed to in writing by Channeled Readings, LLC.

Any reference by you to your friends or clients to the Channeled Readings, LLC website, or Linda Deir website is permitted, however all content is the intellectual property rights of Channeled Reading, LLC and/or Linda Deir and not to be copied, duplicated, or reprinted.

Recipient hereby agrees that he or she will not make any comments relating to Channeled Readings, LLC or related entity, which are disparaging, critical, derogatory, false, slanderous, libelous, or which may tend to injure any on-going or future business of Channeled Readings, LLC.

Completing all, or part of the four levels of the Channeled Readings, LLC training workshops, 4th level= Advanced, is not a certification, license, designation, or academic accreditation and gives the Recipient no right whatsoever to use any of the Channeled Readings, LLC copyrights, trademarks, or logos.

In the event Recipient or any party under Recipient’s control breaches any provision of this Agreement, Channeled Readings, LLC will suffer irreparable injury and will be entitled to injunctive relief without bond to enjoin any actual or threatened conduct in violation of this Agreement, in addition to, any other relief allowed at law or in equity.

This Agreement is intended to be a contract under the laws of the State of Arizona in Yavapai County and is the entire agreement between the parties as to its subject matter. Any modification to this Agreement without written consent by Channeled Readings, LLC shall be invalid, void, and unenforceable. Failure of Channeled Readings, LLC to exercise any right hereunder shall not be construed as a waiver or novation. If any portion of this Agreement is determined to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under any present or future law by a final judgment of any court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this Agreement will not be influenced thereby. It is the intention of the parties hereto that if any such portion is held illegal, invalid or unenforceable, that such portion be replaced by terms as similar to such portion as is possible to be legal, valid, and enforceable.
