Everything In Life Is Loud Except Intuition

It is this combination that gives you a sense beyond your conscious understanding. Many times, people call this ability a gut feeling. Others say that they use intuition as a way to make a decision without relying on thought, observation or reasoning. Many times they say they can’t explain it…they just “know.” The word “intuition” comes from the Latin word “intueri” which means “to look inside” or “to contemplate.” But when intuitive messages have come through, did you contemplate or dwell on them before you made a decision? Or, did you just pass them off as an information process that got in the way of a decision you already had made? Could intuition be subconscious activity that you have used before in a similar situation surfacing again as these mysterious “gut feelings?” Or could intuition just be education you have experienced in the past that is now re-introducing itself at just the right time and not be that spontaneous at all? New Agers would offer that it is some mystical type of power that you have to be “in tune” with. A power you can harness but only after much study and practice. But many would say it is very natural – and the more you use it, the better you get at it. Why is intuition so important and why don’t people listen to it when it shows up? Does intuition really help you avoid tragedy like some kind of psychic self-defense? Or is it just there to be used as the “Devil’s advocate” in our process of justifying our own biases in the decision making process? Low Tech Makes A Comeback

We provide Survival News Predictions to help you overcome any fear of the future you may have and empower you to prepare for what’s coming… Last week, the “Buckeye Bullet” an electric car developed at Ohio State University broke the land speed record for an electric car and went 307 mph. Technology today seems to be driven by people’s need for better, faster, smaller, bigger, more powerful, and more “way cool” features. One thing everybody seems excited about is the introduction of new electric cars…the green transportation technology of the future. Most people do not realize that this new technology, the electric car, is 170 years old! Electric cars pre-dated automobiles with combustion engines and were driven out of the market at the beginning of the 20th century by gasoline engines that had a significantly greater travel range. This is still one of the main problems today facing electric cars. The first electric car was invented in the 1830′s and the first hybrid car that had a combustion engine and an electric motor was invented in 1916, long before the Toyota Prius. What made electric cars popular was not their green technology but that they didn’t require shifting or a crank to start them like combustion engine cars. Also, most people only drove short distances around town as there were not many good roads outside of towns. This made it ideal to own an electric car. As more roads were built and the starter motor for cars was invented, around 1930 electric cars disappeared only to regain interest in the 1960′s and 70′s due to environmental concerns. Although electric cars disappeared, many cities around the world built electric trolleybus lines that exist to this day. Trolleybuses used overhead electricity and didn’t require batteries. Over 350 cities around the world still utilize these electric trolley systems today. What is America’s aversion to implementing this low-tech transportation and why have very few cities in America ever implemented electric trolleys? Category 5 Foreclosure Tsunami Heading For The U.S.

We provide Survival News Predictions to help you overcome any fear of the future you may have and empower you to prepare for what’s coming… Reports from RealtyTrac today showed a new record for bank repossessions. Over 95,000 homes were taken back by banks in August, a rise of 3% from July. The third record in 5 months and the most since records have been kept starting in 2005. What is interesting is that as unemployment continues to rise, more and more people can no longer afford their homes and stop paying. Others, who now realize they are underwater on their mortgage, also stop paying and walk away in droves. What is even more interesting is that with all this negative housing news, the number of properties receiving default notices, the first step in the foreclosure process, fell 1% from July and fell 30% from a year ago! What is going on? Also in the reports was that, although the number of default notices fell, foreclosure filings rose 4% in August from July, but were down 5.5% from a year ago. How can things be getting worse for homeowners but foreclosure filings are down? It’s estimated that almost 339,000 properties are in the foreclosure process and that estimate is probably low. For the 44th consecutive month, Nevada had the highest foreclosure rate…1 in every 84 properties got a foreclosure notice in August. Nevada also has the highest unemployment rate in the country. Florida was next with 1 out of every 155 households receiving a notice, Arizona next (1 out of 165), then California (1 out of 194), then Idaho with (1 out of 220). Demand for home loans also fell even though mortgage rates are at record lows. Another report by Trulia.com reported that homeowners trying to sell their homes slashed $29 billion off their asking prices in one month! One reason for this is that they may have lost their jobs and now need to sell their home. Homes that sold nationally were “flat” in July…the first time no year-over-year gains were reported. Prices were recovering because of stimulus and incentive programs and now these are over. This “flat” price scenario – not going up or down – is indicative of the beginning of a housing double-dip. The continued slowdown in housing caused J.P. Morgan Chase to say that the inventory of foreclosed properties is forcing them to estimate that there won’t be a housing recovery until 2014.
