HAARP For Good Or A Weapon Of Mass Destruction

We provide Survival News Predictions to help you overcome any fear of the future you may have and empower you to prepare for what’s coming… Recently, it has been referred to in the press that the U.S. Government is using HAARP (High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Project) weapons to alter weather patterns in the environment. It has been eluded to that, if you can “own the weather” you can further utilize the weapons for military applications. This type of use is called “environmental warfare” and was outlawed by the United Nations on December 10, 1976. Environmental warfare has been worked on over the last 20 years and is defined as the “intentional modification or manipulation of the natural ecology, such as climate or weather, earth systems such as the ionosphere, magnetosphere, tectonic plate systems, and/or the triggering of seismic events (earthquakes) to cause intentional physical, economic, and psycho-social, and physical destruction to an intended target – geophysical or population location – as part of strategic or tactical war.” Increasing devastation from hurricanes and tropical storms, earthquakes, flooding, and severe heat has occurred over the last few years around the world. Many studies have directly attributed this increase to global warming. However, it is hard to imagine that all the rapid changes to the weather patterns can be attributed to one thing that has happened so gradually over decades. Apparently, God is not the only one who can control the weather. Man is determined to manipulate weather and climate to the point where he can control or even devastate another country. The book of Revelations refers to rivers drying up, tremendous earthquakes, and the sun producing such intense heat that people were scorched. Could these bible warnings be the fore-warning of the results of environmental warfare weapons? Is man actually capable of such inhumane action against his fellow-man and, even if capable, why would he do this? … Go ahead with your predictions and commentary…
