How Michigan Could Become The Next Greece

Mediums:  The CR News Reports© is a copyright publication of Channeled Readings®.  The following predictions on POLITICS were channeled on July 6, 2010 directly from our “Higher Intelligence Source” and not from what we, the Mediums may think, reason, guess, analyze or anticipate from probabilities or trends. These predictions are not based in conspiracy theories or come from a doomsayer’s slant. We provide Survival News Predictions to help you overcome any fear of the future you may have and empower you to prepare for what’s coming… The biggest political problem facing the US in the coming months is not unemployment, not the continuing decline of the housing market, not the weakening stock markets, financial regulation or even the oil spill.  The most challenging problem that the political leaders of this country will have to face is keeping states from becoming Greece.  Many states are much larger than Greece.  In fact, California’s economy is larger than Russia’s.  And although some states seem to be improving a little like Arizona, Illinois, New Jersey and New York, forty-six states face budget shortfalls this fiscal year.  For the first time since 1962, state’s sales tax and income tax revenues fell for five quarters in a row.  And it looks like it will continue this way for the future unless politicians in Washington do something.  At their meeting, the G-20 nations all agreed that public debt needed to be trimmed significantly.  But nobody knows how or wants to do it now.  Governments and states all wanted to keep spending and adding to their debt so they can pay it back when the economy gets better.  What if it doesn’t “get better?”  What will politicians do if we do slide into the feared “double dip” recession?  Won’t unemployment get worse?  Won’t tax receipts go down even more?  Won’t this force public spending up to compensate?  Over 40 million people are already using food stamps.  That means the economy is so bad for 40 million hungry Americans they can’t even afford to feed themselves.  What will the states do and are we setting ourselves up for state “bailouts?”  …Go ahead with your predictions and commentary…

Voice Of Higher Intelligence:  “The $787 billion in stimulus will be drying up.  It helped the states while the tax revenues dropped.  There will be talk of a second round of stimulus spending to further help the states.  While the states are not Greece, they have the same types of problems.  Unbalanced budgets, fraudulent accounting, they got involved in derivatives, they have huge armies of retired and soon-to-be-retired public workers, who are draining the system.  And, they have the inability to perform on bonds.  States will have to administer Greece-like austerity programs, cutting spending even more – in fact, cutting it to the bone while raising taxes at the same time.” continue MEMBERS-read the rest of these predictions in the CR News Reports©, or click HERE to order yours now to get all the “News Before It HappensThe Nostradamus of the NEWS.” Not a Member? … want to listen to this entire prediction?
