GLOBAL ECONOMY- Predictions from Higher Intelligence- “State budgets are 180 billion dollars short for this fiscal year already. Congress doesn’t seem to be interested in helping in any way.”

Commentary through the Mediums: This budget shortfall will mean states will be forced to cut additional jobs and raise taxes at the same time. Another million or more jobs will be lost in the states.
